Chris Habiger has been a McDonald's franchisee for the better part of 11 years.  Unsatisfied with the experience that could be found at any of the other 16,000 McDonald's in the US, he took it upon himself to make sure that when it came time to renovate, the building wouldn't be the only thing receiving an update.
